Coaching is a powerful way to build confidence, self-belief, and healing. It helped me reconnect with myself and rediscover a sense of inspiration—and now I support others in doing the same. Over the past 20 years, I’ve guided hundreds of people through life’s challenges, helping them find calm, clarity, and renewed confidence.
Calm, Connected: You is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you. I offer one-to-one coaching, group sessions, supervision, and women’s circles—safe, supportive spaces where you can gently reconnect with yourself and your needs.
About me
With an MSC in Social Work and special interest in therapeutic relationships and personal development, I’ve spent over 20 years working with people to support them to move through difficult times. Our personal stories are important. Sharing them with others enables us to process, gain confidence and clarity and helps us to find our way forwards.
I’ve met so many people who are exhausted by life, even though they seem to have everything. In our work together I’ll support you to find better, deeper connections with yourself and your needs, exploring what brings you joy and what can connect you to your goals in life as you consider what you really want. You can take steps and make changes, but it is always better to do that alongside someone else.
